During the day, please keep music at a reasonable volume. PETS Pets are not permitted at this property. PARTIES & GUESTS Parties are not permitted. Additional guests who are not listed on the reservation may not come to the property. Max occupancy is 10 people. If we receive a noise complaint due to a party, you may be asked to leave without refund. HURRICANE SEASON June 1–November 30 (travel insurance recommended) We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with coverage for natural disasters. Refunds are not provided for weather-related issues unless there is a mandatory evacuation order for the area. POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY By renting this property, guest understands that use of the pool by the guest and others staying at the property is at guest's own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the pool and the area around the pool. Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool by any guests staying on property, and that the property owner is not responsible for any such injuries. Guest understands there are potential dangers that the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the pool if a person has health risks, using while intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to be fully responsible for any accidents guests may incur. Guest understands that there are child locks on both doors leading to the backyard and it is the guest responsibility to engage these locks for them to be effective. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that all guests on property will assume responsibility for and the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner or Legacy Shores LLC for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the pool.
