POOL/HOT TUB Enjoy the Cowboy Pool with comfort liner. The pool/hot tub can be chilled in the summer or heated in cooler months. Also, grab a sports game or your favorite show on the outdoor Roku TV. (Please note: This is not a traditional hot tub with powerful jets. It does have jets that circulate the water, but this is more of a soaking pool.) DISHWASHER Please note that because this is a tiny home, there is no dishwasher. GARAGE The garage can fit one small to midsize vehicle. Large vehicles may park parallel in front of the garage. QUIET HOURS Per Galveston City Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 p.m.-8 a.m. You may still use the pool and outdoor areas after 10 p.m., but if you do, music must be completely turned off and other noises must be kept very low. HURRICANE SEASON Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through Airbnb or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the vicinity of this property. Travel insurance can protect you from circumstances that may hinder you getting to the property, such as flight delays or cancellations. POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY By renting this property, guest understands that use of the stock-tank pool by the guest and others staying at the property is at guest's own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the pool and the area around the pool. Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool by any guests staying on property, and that the property owner is not responsible for any such injuries. Guest understands there are potential dangers that the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the pool if a person has health risks, using while intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to be fully responsible for any accidents guests may incur. Guest agrees to secure pool cover when pool is not in use. Guest understands that the front door of the house that leads directly to the pool area has a safety lock that guests may use for added safety. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that all guests on property will assume responsibility for and the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the pool.

Guest Access
ACCESS This home is accessed via an alleyway. The main entrance to the home is via the garage, which faces the alley (as shown in one of the listing photos). PARKING Parking is available for one vehicle or multiple motorcycles. The garage clearance is lower than average and will fit sedans, small SUVs, and minivans. Large trucks or large SUVs will not fit inside the garage. If you have a large vehicle that won't fit in the garage, it may be parked sideways in front of the garage.
